13. CANCELLATION AND LATE FEE POLICY
If you need to cancel your order, a cancellation and restocking fee of 15% of the total invoice amount will be charged. This fee is in place to cover the costs associated with processing your order and restocking the equipment. Additionally, invoices not paid by the due date will incur a late fee of 15% of the total invoice amount.

14. PAYMENT POLICY

All payments are due by the date specified on the invoice. If payment is not made, Performin reserves the right to send a technician to retrieve the equipment until the outstanding balance is fully paid. The customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of this action.

15. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS POLICY?

Yes, we may update this policy from time to time to stay compliant with relevant laws. Any changes will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date and will become effective once accessible on our website. We encourage you to review this policy frequently.
